2.1 Information You Provide Directly

Account Information: Full name, email address, password (encrypted), and account preferences.

Athlete Information: Athlete's age (minimum 14), sport(s), training hours per week, and optional performance goals and nutrition challenges.

Payment Information: Payment information is processed by Stripe. We do not store your complete credit card information — only the last four digits and expiration date.

Communications: Support inquiries, survey responses, feedback, testimonials, and email correspondence.

Calculator Data: Information entered into our free carbohydrate calculator (age, sport, training hours, weight). Email address if you opt in to receive results.

2.2 Information We Collect Automatically

Usage Information: Pages and modules viewed, time spent, module completion status, login frequency, and features used.

Device and Browser Information: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring website, and date/time of access.

Cookies: We use cookies to track activity and store certain information. You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies, though some features may not work without them.

5.1 Active Accounts

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our Services.

5.2 Canceled Accounts

We retain account information and athlete data for 90 days after account termination. After 90 days, we permanently delete your account information, athlete data, progress records, personal communications, and usage data tied to your account.

Exceptions apply if retention is required by law, to resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.

6.1 Access and Portability

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and request a copy in a portable format (JSON or CSV). Email guy@pn23.app with subject "Data Access Request."

6.2 Correction

You may update or correct inaccurate information by logging into your account or emailing guy@pn23.app.

6.3 Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal information. We will delete your data within 30 days, subject to legal requirements and pending transactions. Email guy@pn23.app with subject "Data Deletion Request."

6.4 Marketing Opt-Out

Click "Unsubscribe" in any marketing email, or email guy@pn23.app with subject "Unsubscribe." You will still receive transactional emails (payment confirmations, password resets, account notifications).

7.1 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have rights including: right to know, right to delete, right to opt-out of sale (we do not sell your information), and right to non-discrimination. Contact guy@pn23.app. We respond within 45 days.

7.2 Colorado Residents (Colorado Privacy Act)

Colorado residents have rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of targeted advertising (we do not engage in targeted advertising) and sale of personal information (we do not sell). Contact guy@pn23.app.

If you reside in Virginia, Connecticut, Utah, or other states with comprehensive privacy laws, you may have similar rights. Contact guy@pn23.app to exercise your rights.

8.1 Age Restrictions

Our Services are designed for parents and guardians of competitive teen athletes. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Athletes must be at least 14 years old to have a profile on our platform.

8.2 Athlete Access

Athletes aged 14–18 may be granted login access by their parent/guardian through a parent-initiated invite. Athletes can view their data but cannot modify payment settings or delete their account. All communications go to the parent/guardian's email.

8.3 Parental Rights

Parents/guardians may review their athlete's information, request deletion, refuse further collection, or revoke athlete access at any time. Email guy@pn23.app.

8.4 Under 13 Collection

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it immediately. Contact us at guy@pn23.app if you believe this has occurred.
