PN23 is a performance nutrition platform built for competitive teen athletes and the parents who support them. We teach the fueling strategies that remove the barriers holding athletes back and show exactly how nutrition drives performance.

We start with nutrition because it's the foundation. Most competitive teen athletes are silently underfueling, creating a performance ceiling that no amount of training can break through. We fix that.

Created by Guy Marshall, RD

Guy Marshall is a Registered Dietitian with a focus on sports nutrition for adolescent athletes. He built PN23 because the information competitive teen athletes need is out there, but it's buried under bad advice, social media noise, and content written for adults. PN23 cuts through that.

His background is in working directly with competitive youth athletes across multiple sports. He knows what underfueling looks like on the field, and he knows what changes when athletes start fueling right.
